Our client, who owned a medium-sized web design company, had received a substantial order of sites from a client who was initially very excited about creating a network of sites in the area of 'documents'.

However, when it came to delivering the actual content, the client mysteriously "disappeared".

When we were brought in to help out, we were able to deal with both designer and client and plot a path so that the content work could be achieved to the satisfaction of all.
